What you will do for Smart Infrastructure:
  • Support customers by providing information while extending efficient and courteous service
  • Process and handle a high call volume of emergency and non-emergency calls daily
  • Troubleshoot signals and provide details to customers
  • Document detailed notes in the appropriate system in a timely manner
  • Monitor multiple platforms at once and prioritize dispatch
  • Must exercise good listening skills
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, state-recognized GED, or state recognized high school proficiency exam required
  • Must have Call Center via telephone experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrates accurate understanding of routine aspects of work
  • Typically, up to 2 years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above
  • Knowledge of dispatching alarm signals and monitoring remote access platforms not required but would be a plus
  • Dispatching background preferred
  • Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
