This is a role well suited to anambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an EducationSpecialist for PET/CT you will be responsible for:

• Workingclosely with colleagues and customers to create new PET/CT training materialfor topics escalated through the RSC and HSC as well as work on creating andexpanding new training offerings for new PET/CT software and product launches.

• Thedefinition of a training strategy to start with, considering the current andfuture changes in learning preferences as well as the digital transformation isan essential part of it.

• Also be partof the innovation and be responsible to create something amazing

• Understandthe nuclear medicine market, customer needs and industry trends

• May be askedto participate in new product design reviews, testing and rollout

• Collaboratewith regional technical support groups as needed

• Shareknowledge by proposing and publishing knowledge base cases as needed

• Shareknowledge by publishing or presenting new product clinical applications topeers and internal workshops

• Interact andcollaborate with other departments as needed, (i.e. Product Management,Engineering, Regulatory, Manufacturing, R&D, etc.)

• May be askedto review and comment on documents and procedures

• Maintaincompetency and seek enhancements to provide proficient support for all SiemensPET/CT products

• Collaboratewith colleagues and customers to create customer training material

• Decide whichtraining material would be best to use and create content accordingly (jobaids, web-based trainings, webinars, online course, in person course, etc)pushing the digital transformation within the company

• Create sellabletraining concepts to increase EDU revenue for MI

• E.g.collaborate with customers and colleagues to create clinical MI webinars orworkshops (virtual or in person)

• Set up, planand execute those course offerings on a global base

• You report tothe head of Education Services for Molecular Imaging for the continualimplementation of services and technologies that support the above priorities

• You have a wide and in-depth understanding ofclinical and workflow processes, especially customer education and trainingbest-practices

• Ideally you have experience in project orproduct management including service engineering processes (development of newservice portfolio elements)

• You have a very good command of English; otherlanguages are an advantage

• Exceptional communication skills are required,together with presenter/trainer skills, including sales presentation skills

• Passion, dedication and creativity to supportour customers

• A self-starter who is results driven andcustomer focused

• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, alwayson the lookout for better

• Excellent interpersonal and communicationscapabilities

• Ability to meet deadlines and solve problemswith a strong outcome orientation

• Leverage unique clinical expertise to creatematerials that demonstrate how Siemens' innovations provide real-worldsolutions to meet our customer's greatest needs

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• 8+years clinical and technical experience with PET/CT imaging

• CNMTcertification or ARRT(N) registered; Licensed; CT certification a plus

• Hybridimaging experience preferred

• Location:Hoffman Estates, Knoxville and/or remote

• Traveltime: 10-20%

This position may bebased in Hoffman Estates,IL, Knoxville, TN and/or remote. The basepay range for this position in Knoxville, TN is $81,928 - $112,651, however,base pay offered may vary depending on actual location. Actual compensationpackages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited toskill set, experience, certifications and location.
