Distribution & Retail Sales Professional

Job responsibility
• Drive the development and implementation of the regional distribution strategy
• Further develop and manage the regional distribution network
• Promote specific assigned portfolio element within the distribution and retail channel and develop the related marketing strategy
• Conduct regular product trainings for distribution partners and support the launch of new products in the market
• Develop and implement the retail business strategy including the related promotion plan for Tier 2 distributors
• Plan sales volumes and potentials of target distributors and conduct the needed sales action plan to achieve the business targets with them
• Analyses distributors' markets, strategy, position and needs, investigates and evaluates specific business opportunities for products
• Supports the development of strategic frameworks standardized processes for distribution business by preparing list pricing, discount structures, incentive schemes, return policies, stock proposals, etc.
• Supports stock management activities throughout the country
• Develop local action plan with distributors in defined regions
• Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning and complete sales and revenue related key reporting

Key job requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

- Minimum 3 years professional sales experience within the electrical industry or similar product business

- Ideally experience in managing product distribution channel

- Experience and knowledge about low -voltage products

- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
