This is a role well suited to anambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Service Engineer II, you will beresponsible for:


  • You willbe responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performingpreventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics instrumentation(primarily Automation products) at customer sites with minimal supervision.
  • You willbe responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well asadequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resultingin superior customer satisfaction.
  • You willmanage financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceedingbudget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
  • You willmanage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools,inventory parts, etc.
  • Establishand maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well asperforming necessary administrative duties accurately.

  • You haveexperience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment
  • You havestrong customer service and communication skills
  • You areproficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
  • You haveexperience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment

Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role:

• Minimum high school diploma;technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.

• Must be proficient in the use oftools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individuallyand in an established team setting.

• 5+ years experience as a medicaltechnologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicingdiagnostic instruments needed.

• Must demonstrate excellentjudgment in customer relations and in managing company resources; strongcompetency in instrument systems technology to include mechanics, electrical,chemistry, and software technology; experience with electronics, hydraulic andpneumatic systems.
