Assistant Technical Sales Manager (Railway System)

Responsibilities:

  • Performs project coordination in assigned projects and supplies information for the development of new strategies.
  • Completes market and business research as well as competitor analysis.
  • Performs analysis of strategic business segments, evaluates opportunities for new or existing Siemens products in new markets, channels or customer target groups.
  • Identify and assess market trends, business opportunities, customer needs and orientations, competitors, and potential strategic partners.
  • Work lead multi-disciplinary Bid Teams (Technical, Finance, Commercial, Legal, Quality, HSE, Operations) both locally and abroad to deliver high quality business winning proposals
  • Evaluates potential acquisition candidates and prepares project proposals.
  • Provides analytical support for due diligence of acquisition candidates. Contributes with the development of strategic planning tools for the organization

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
  • Engineering degree in Electronics / Mechanical or Telecommunication discipline
  • 2+ years managerial experience
  • At least 5 years in Business Deployment / Project Sales.
  • Sales Experience with railway system is highly preferred
  • Solid experience in per-sales works and tendering works
  • Able to consistently meeting deadline and be organized
  • Technical proposal write up
  • Excellent command of written & spoken Chinese and English is required
  • More experience candidate will consider as Technical Sales Manager
