BSEE or BSCS, Top tier university graduate a plus, Master degree with oversea study/working experiences a plus

2. 5+ yrs major account sales experience in EDA, CAE, PLM or related field

3. At least 3 consecutive year's quota making performance.

4. Excellent English speaking and communication skills

5. Experience working with Huawei, ZTE, Lenovo, BOE, Xiaomi, Haier, Greatwall auotomotive, FAW,

6. Proficient in Microsoft office (Power Point, Excel & Word), CRM experience as a plus

7. Any sales training such as TAS, Solution selling, competitive selling as plus

8. Strong communication skills. Experiences in multi-national companies a plus

Directly report to EBS China country manager

2. Responsible for sales of assigned major accounts in East or North China regions. Cover System (PCB) division portfolio

and Valor NPI solutions

3. Works in a team environment with Executive Account management, Application Engineers, Professional Consultants,

Corporate Application Engineers, Contract Administration, and Finance staff to meet and exceed established sales

objectives of the group.

3. Lead account team including application engineers, account technical managers and division experts to identify

opportunities. Establish and leading engagement with C-level decision makers, relative stakeholders and other roles involved

in opportunities to create short term and long term business.

4. Activities include all aspects to manage major account growth such account planning, sales strategy and tactics, industry

penetrating, marketing campaign, forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, and organizing to develop value

proposition and proposal. Manage and provide a set of technologies and/or services that address customer's needs.

5. Negotiate and close a Win/Win transaction. Work closely with customer to reach mutually beneficial agreement and

maintain long term relationship for customer retention

6 Can take pressure in highly competitive environment, good knowledge in defining competitive advantage in large account

selling. Aggressive and result orientated to drive account penetrating and engagement.
