We are seeking an HR Business Partner in our New York office to support a range of People issues such as reward, employee relations, talent, performance, organization development/change, culture, leadership and learning and development for all New York People matters
Responsibilities:
- Uncover, articulate and advocate for client group talent management needs
- Advance client group agenda while at the same time driving global People Department initiatives within client groups
- Advise on and establish new talent management activities to ensure smooth on-boarding, development and retention of employees
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across all areas of the business
- Investigate and resolve employee issues as well as performance complaints and concerns
- Partner with the recruitment team to ensure hiring practices and prioritization fit the needs of the business

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 7+ years of experience in a People Department capacity with progressive responsibility
- Demonstrated project and people management experience
- Prior experience handling employee complaints and grievances
Preferred Qualification:
- Previous experience working at a high-growth technical company
- Experience supporting an employee population who have fixed and variable compensation packages including by not limited to base salary, commission,s equity
