Growth Marketing & Partnerships Manager 

Shutterstock is seeking a Growth Marketing & Partnerships Manager to drive user growth through digital marketing and forging key relationships. This will be an exciting opportunity to build growth initiatives for the Shutterstock brand globally.  

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing & Partnerships Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and past experience of proven results to hit the ground running and adapt prior successful learnings to our model. This role will be expected to drive traffic and ultimately revenue growth by identifying new channels and developing external partnerships. 

The qualified candidate will represent Shutterstock’s brand and lead relationships with key strategic partners. This role requires strong communication skills and understands a variety of partnerships and their value propositions - from developing influencer marketing efforts, to building relationships with key strategic partners.

This person will work alongside Growth Team members from both the Meda channel and Affiliate channel to collaborate on campaigns and brainstorm new and innovative ways to improve results from those channels. This role is based onsite in NYC (or remote option possible for the right candidate).



  • Be the champion of growth initiatives by identifying new channels and optimizing existing ones.
  • Build a community by identifying new influencers and brand ambassadors for the Shutterstock brand.
  • Responsible for partner growth by structuring and negotiating new projects through strategic insights, and further developing existing partnerships.
  • Execute growth marketing campaigns - from developing campaign strategy, to driving execution through to completion.
  • Analyze new channels and partners to measure impact, and develop ways to scale traffic and revenue.



  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a track record of success in developing programs that drive customer acquisition.
  • Experienced in building Influencer marketing programs.
  • Partnerships or business development experience, with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects.
  • Extraordinary communication and presentation skills. 
  • Experience analyzing data and using tools, including GA, to track and monitor campaign success.
  • Media buying and campaign management experience with the ability to work cross-functionally across different departments, including creatives, engineers, legal, and business intelligence.
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail, driving projects to completion under deadlines.
  • Self-directed and enthusiastic team player. Action oriented, ambitious and a go-getter.
