Shutterstock Inc. seeks a Database Developer in New York, NY to perform sophisticated database development in support of our ongoing Business Intelligence operations.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent, plus two (2) years of experience designing, developing and deploying SQL Business Intelligence solutions.
- Prior experience must include two (2) years of supporting existing BI applications; performing sophisticated ETL using SSIS, reporting, and modeling; performing logical and physical modeling; architecting databases; working with large datasets and heterogeneous record systems; implementing data warehouse and reporting solutions; performing job automation using third party schedulers; performing data analysis using SSAS OLAP cubes and querying with MDX; creating complex stored procedures including CRUD operations in T-SQL, and gathering functional and technical requirements.
**In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the above skills.
