Head of Partner Marketing
Things you'll be working on:
- Setting the direction and vision for marketing and branding of the Program.
- Providing strategic direction on specific communications initiatives, identifying the key message or proposition and the best means to communicate them.
- Prioritizing and optimizing growth channels.
- Creating viral growth strategies, scaling and automating the growth processes.
- Root creativity in commercial performance through the understanding and analysis of data and metrics.
- Collaborating across teams and departments to encourage the best work and output.
- Sharing knowledge and expertise on the target audience and trends within digital and social media.
- Providing a strong and informed point of view on how the brand should behave and capture opportunities for growth that exist in the market.
- Translating brand insights into clear and inspiring creative briefs and fuel the creative process.
- Providing clear, constructive and actionable feedback to teams.
- Mentoring and lead the team while also providing growth opportunities.
You'll need to have:
- Demonstrated history of quantifiable success growing customer acquisition.
- 5+ years of proven experience in growing and scaling a global brand, and covering multiple countries and languages.
- Experience leading brand development and growth.
- Experience leading and managing teams, including mentoring and developing team members.
- Proven track record in developing content strategies and paid marketing programs.
- A thorough understanding of marketing and growth experiments with the ability to measure and develop strategies from analytics.
- Passion for business, advertising, marketing, and communications.
- Ability to navigate complex business challenges and simultaneously manage multiple relationships.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Highly motivated, adaptable and open approach.
