Benefit Specialist (New locations added)!
You'll be working on things like...
- Developing and implementing benefit and HR programs.
- Interpreting, applying and maintaining knowledge of relevant regulations, employment laws and other requirements.
- Evaluating our existing plans to identify opportunities.
- Vendor sourcing, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Providing analytical support on our benefit and perk plans.
- Survey management and participation.
- Working with the compensation team in crafting total rewards statements.
- Administering our benefit and perks through enrolments and terminations.
- Coordination of renewals.
- Employee communication and feedback.
- Be a day-to-day contact for the HR team with escalated benefit questions.
- You are experienced (5+ years) in benefit programs.
- Someone who has had exposure to or has helped build benefit plans.
- Data informed and a master at crunching numbers to support great decisions for the whole Shopify family.
- Experienced in administering benefit plans - bonus points for any US and Global experience.
- Eager to learn and teach; we are a culture or learners and want to expand the knowledge within our team.
