VP, Strategy

As part of the executive leadership team, this individual will be a key contributor and driver in meeting the company’s annual operating plan goals and objectives. This role will develop and manage pricing strategies for emerging business opportunities to achieve designated goals.


  • Manages the development and execution of strategies to improve the profitability and long-term sustainability for ServiceTitan, including assessing future alternative operating models, processes and technology to drive greater cost efficiencies
  • Evaluates product and platform gaps and creates assessments to determine remediation steps
  • Develops and applies appropriate methodologies for market segmentation and sizing to drive market trend and competitive landscape analysis
  • Utilizes rigorous fact-based, quantitative analysis to identify and prioritize strategic business initiatives for ServiceTitan
  • Develops business case deliverables for executive-level presentations to communicate and achieve buy-in for strategic recommendations
  • Partners with senior management to develop and execute the strategic agenda, report on results and make recommendations to further enhance the strategy
  • Manages complex projects with multiple work streams and stakeholders; coordinates and facilitates strategy discussions with senior leaders


  • 10+ years’ experience from a top tier strategy consulting firm or within a strategic planning/corporate development function in an organization
  • MBA, or equivalent advanced degree focused on Technology, from a top tier program
  • Demonstrated capabilities in market research, financial analysis, strategic planning, Technology Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), competitor and pricing assessments and project management
  • Proven track record for cultivating strong relationships with key internal and external partners
  • Advanced project management skills and demonstrated experience successfully managing a cross functional team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear messages for the audience
  • Demonstrated experience using hard data and metrics to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations
  • Natural ability to think several steps ahead and take proactive steps to address roadblocks and issues
  • Aptitude for being organized and for delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of endurance and flexibility to work through multiple iterations of work and quickly manage changing priorities and diverse subject matters
  • Experience with software development and SaaS technologies is mandatory
