Senior Manager / Director, Talent Acquisition

The Sr. Manager / Director, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for helping us build and grow our Titan employee base by leading the charge in continuously growing our team.  You will deeply embed yourself and understand/anticipate hiring needs, develop a multi-faceted approach and strategy to fill these roles with world class talent, set challenging goals, and lead and motivate your team of talented expert recruiters to execute upon these audacious goals, while also rolling up your sleeves and closing the most challenging of roles. You are not only an expert lead recruiter but also a people-oriented leader who works side-by-side with your team focuses on developing and honing their skills; while also serving as a strategic business partner to the leadership. You serve as a thought leader on the broader talent acquisition leadership team, contributing to overall vision and strategy and leading team-wide initiatives to continuously support the growth and development of the talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, mentor, develop and lead team of recruiters to crush recruiting goals in terms of # of offer accepts, starts, time to fill, and quality of hires for ServiceTitan 
  • Serve as a business partner to the teams by understanding business priorities, aligning/understanding/anticipating hiring needs to business priorities, developing a prioritized hiring plan, setting goals, leveraging multi-faceted recruiting strategies, and leading the team in partnership with business to execute on these goals 
  • Monitor and manage team performance by understanding end-to-end recruitment funnel metrics and holding team members accountable as well as developing team members to continuously improve their skills 
  • Act as a lead / expert recruiter serving as a role model to the team and working on the most difficult of roles 
  • Ensure accountability of hiring managers and recruiting team members for consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness in recruiting processes
  • Evaluate and maintain high standards for our job requirements, descriptions, candidate experience, and overall candidate quality and alignment to ST goals and culture. Serves as a true role model embodying all that a Titan should be
  • Ensure recruiters and hiring managers have the knowledge and tools they need to be successful
  • Lead learning and developing efforts to continuously improve the skills and talent within the broader recruiting team 
  • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of the company and brand, speaking at panels and events and learning best practices
  • Partner with Operations Lead and Head of Talent Acquisition on executing our vision, contributing to our recruiting strategy, and delivering results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years of recruiting experience, with minimum 2 years in a recruiting leadership role, ideally in fast-paced high growth environment and ideally in technology
  • Direct experience managing a hiring team, including hiring and training new team members 
  • Proven track record of success in terms of hiring #s, candidate experience, candidate quality, time to fill, recruiter performance improvement, and overall business success in terms of teams they recruited for 
  • Experience scaling an organization/team from 100 to 200 in a short period of time 
  • Ability to develop long-term solutions versus short-term quick fixes 
  • Experience owning and reporting recruiting metrics 
  • Vigorous / strong organization and prioritization
  • Proven track record of diverse talent attraction leadership, including creative sourcing solutions and programs, established relationships with hiring managers and team development 
  • A constant learner who is always testing out new innovative techniques and encouraging the team to do the same to maximize impact
  • Deep passion for providing a great candidate experience 
  • Strong tendency toward action and getting things done
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to influence without authority commanding accountability
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
