Payment Processing Specialist

About the Opportunity

The Payment Processor Specialist is a strategic role in ServiceTitan. A deep understanding of the payments industry is necessary in order to work with ServiceTitan customers to explain payment processing pricing and functionality within the ServiceTitan platform.  Excellent communication skills are needed.


  • Explain the advantages and pricing of payment processing to ServiceTitan Customers
  • Onboard ServiceTitan customers into the payment processing platform
  • Analyze payment processing statements and generate reports internally
  • Suggest new payment processing product features for our customers internally to our product team
  • Work with ST payment partners and relationship managers
  • Work with ST onboarding and success teams to answer customer questions
  • Work with ST customers to answer any payment processing related inquiries 
  • Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, or similar degree
  • Minimum of 3+ years total work experience (preferably with payment processing)
  • Full understanding of the payment process terms (chargeback, ACH, etc)
  • Deep knowledge of payment industry (e.g. processors, gateways, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Visa/Mastercard interchange table and costs
  • Very detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with breaking down credit card merchant statements and doing cost + profitability analysis on them
