Job Summary:

This position is responsible for coordinating with the Population Health and Select Rx to develop and continuously improve training. This includes revising and creating training materials and maintaining training schedules. Duties also include assisting in agent on-boarding training, continuous veteran training and sales support staff training. This person will be based in the SelectRX Indianapolis office.

Essential Functions:
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive training program materials
  • Coordinating with training and sales management the continuing education for new and tenured agents
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of effective sales scripts, techniques and workflow processes
  • Meet company specified targets and objectives for new agent development
  • Perform administrative duties as needed
  • Handle special projects as they arise

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge in Articulate Software, Microsoft Office, and G Suite is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High aptitude for using technology
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Must be a fast-learner who can take initiative and work independently
  • Must be able to collaborate as needed

Training and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
