The Team:
We are a diverse team with a collective ambition to deliver great work for our clients. Our team of 100 (or so) employees includes: entrepreneurs, skiers, musicians, community volunteers, artists, paddle boarders, right brain and left brain thinkers. We welcome diverse interests and skill sets to expand our growing team.

The Challenge:
We are looking to continue to grow our business by becoming an indispensable marketing partner to our clients. We believe we have the tools to help drive brand awareness, loyalty and engagement for consumer brands, and we have ambitious goals to expand.

The Role:
As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving business growth with new clients:

Identifying new opportunities by finding new prospects.
Qualifying prospects by listening and creating responses to clients’ marketing challenges.
Cultivating long-term relationships with new clients.
Contributing to the growth of systems, knowledge and other resources that will help us scale our new business efforts.

You will also provide leadership and coaching to our sales team to fuel the growth of Select.

And you will join the senior leadership team and contribute to our strategic direction and future evolution.

We are looking for someone with 5-7 years of sales experience, and at least 2 years of sales leadership experience.

Andrew works on a variety of projects for a multitude of different brands, involving point-of-sale, logo, and branding work, as well as extensive illustration design.

Dave fosters relationships between Select and local and nationwide partners to ensure the client’s needs are satisfactorily met. Dave functions as a link between the Customer Service and Sales Teams.
