Vice President, Service Line - Surgical Specialties
The Vice President of Perioperative Services is responsible for strategic planning, establishing policy and managing all system-wide surgical services including Inpatient, Ambulatory, Anesthesia and Pain Services and the Heart Center and Transplant service lines. Accountable for assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care and ensuring that quality care is provided to patients in accordance with organizational, professional and regulatory standards. The Vice President plays a leadership role or participates in continuous performance improvement activities throughout the organization and develops and ensures compliance with clinical standards and staff competency.
Required Education & Experience -MBA/MHA or Equivalent - Five years minimum experience in directing perioperative services in a large and complex medical center. With additional progressive leadership experience.
