External Description

Bellevue Surgery Center in conjunction with Seattle Children’s Hospital is a state of the art multispecialty pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).  Candidate must possess an expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique, human anatomy, surgical procedures, implementation tools, and technologies to facilitate a surgeon’s performance of invasive, therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.  In addition, this individual will assist medical staff with the preparation, operation, and maintenance of anesthesia equipment and daily operations.  Interested applicants must be flexible with scheduling, with an understanding that start times are variable.   Applicants must be team players and effective communicators focused on providing excellent service to our patients, families, and physicians. 


Required Education/Experience: - Graduation from a Surgical Technologist Program OR applicable military surgical technologist course of study. - Minimum three years of current Surgical Technologist experience. Required Credentials: - Current Washington state registration as a Surgical Technologist. - BLS for Healthcare Providers. Preferred: - National certification as surgical technologist.



  • 3-5 years scrubbing experience
  • Current Washington registry
  • Current BLSPreferred: - Completion of operating room surgical technologist, military surgical technologist course or previous training.
