Store Manager

Job Description:

Position located in our Shoreline store. Seeking candidates who have 5 years of retail management experience in a larger organization.

What you will do: Provide excellent customer service to customers, patient families, staff, and donors and maintain steady flow of merchandise to the sales floor to maximize revenue.

About us: Seattle Children's Bargain Boutiques provide support for uncompensated care. 100% of the profits from Seattle Children's Bargain Boutiques benefit Seattle Children's. Our goal is to provide quality new and used merchandise at fair prices in a pleasant environment. Our locations include: Redmond, Bainbridge, Kennewick, Olympia, Shoreline.

Required Education/Experience: - High school graduate or equivalent GED. - Retail Management experience. - Sales, asset, and cash management experience. - Per the driver's license requirement noted below, must have a driving record acceptable to Risk Management. Required Credentials: - Current Washington State Driver's License. Preferred: - Thrift store operations experience. - Volunteer management experience.
