External Description
Provide strategic leadership and direction to create, implement and evaluate all aspects of Children’s information technology infrastructure, commodity IT, strategy, management of staff and oversight of complex and multi-disciplinary technology projects. Research, develop and implement innovative technological approaches to address problems and improve and enhance Children’s business success. Collaborate with other IT divisions on implementation of systems and strategic vision. Motivate and lead the development and maintenance of Children’s overall technical architecture plan to capture and integrate the evolution of emerging technologies, the life cycle of current technologies and appropriate migration strategies. Lead infrastructure planning and implementation for Children’s facilities including new construction of Building Cure and Building Care.

Requirements
Required Education/Experience:
- At lease ten (10) years proven ability in the construction of enterprise-wide technology architecture, maintenance, and upgrades that provide data integrity, security and confidentiality
- At least five (5) years managerial experience in IT (team size >50).
