Research Manager, CRSSC/CCTR

Job Description:

Work closely with CCTR Leadership and SCRI Principal Investigator(s) to provide overall administrative, fiscal and project management of the Clinical Research Staff Support Core (CRSSC) within the Institute. Lead, implement, and provide personnel management, fiscal analysis, review and reporting, compliance with appropriate regulations and, grant pre- and post-award management. Collaborate with members of the research team in the organization, implementation and completion of clinical research trials. Ensure that research projects are conducted in compliance with federal regulations, institutional/departmental guidelines, and standards of Good Clinical Practice.

Requirements:

Required Education/Experience: - Bachelors Degree. - Minimum three (3) years of clinical research experience. Preferred: - Master's degree in scientific, medical specialty or equivalent. - Database management skills. - Supervisory experience/skills. - Nonprofit management experience or training. - Past or present professional certification in clinical research (such as ACRP or SoCRA to demonstrate competency in content managed).
