Manager, Plant Operations

Job Description:

Our Plant Operations team is currently hiring a Manager, Plant Operations

What you will do: Work with department director, leads and staff to coordinate, oversee, centralize, systemize, and standardize intradepartmental operations and activities as needed to most effectively provide both internal and external customer services. May have or take direct division responsibilities as needed or assigned. Coordinate interdepartmental and intradepartmental functions including but not limited to acting as a liaison between the Building and Engineering departments and other departments. Assist with long-range planning and program implementation. Assist with construction design, planning and investigation.

Requirements:

Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in engineering related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum five years experience in building operations, plus three years experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems including report generating functions. Required Credentials: - N/A Preferred: - Previous experience in CMMS systems. - Five years experience in Hospital Facility Operations Management. - Pediatric experience. - Preventative Maintenance Administration. - Process Improvement systems. - Experience with installed and portable fire prevention detection and suppression systems. - Previous hospital/healthcare maintenance and repair experience.
