Manager, Environmental Services - Regional Sites

Job Description:

Manage all facilities operations of SCH off-site owned and leased facilities and supervise Environmental Services staff. Manage outside vendors. Assure compliance with all applicable regulations including, local and State, DNV and DOH. Manage department, expense and staffing resources required to support each facility. Environmental Services Manager develops operational cleaning processes and manages day-to-day ES operations, staff, vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve continuity of services, through promotion of cost-effective resource utilization, establishment of efficient work processes and identification and implementation of environmental services best practices. This is completed by driving continuous performance improvement, staff engagement, and reduced costs. Identifies operational improvement opportunities, develops and executes improvement initiatives in Environmental Services to drive best practices. Shares accountability and collaboration with Environmental Services leadership team to accomplish Environmental Services goals, daily activities, and projects. Consults with customer departments to advise on services, expectations, and best healthcare housekeeping practices.
