Manager, Endocrinology Specialty Programs

Job Description:

Manage Endocrinology Specialty Programs across all sites of care in a manner that meets organizational goals. In partnership with the physician chief and director of Medical Specialties, develop and implement strategic initiatives and tactics to ensure patients receive the most effective, efficient, safest and highest value service across the continuum of care. In collaboration with Regional and Contract services, this role is responsible to manage community, state and regional contracts with specific Endocrinology specialty programs. This role also develops and maintains knowledge of critical information that could impact scientific, regulatory, and other practice changes.

Requirements:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field. Three years of supervisory/management experience in a hospital or complex health care environment. Experience with practice operations, quality improvement, and management of healthcare providers.

Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field. Five years progressive supervisory/management experience in a hospital or complex health care environment. Experience in program planning and business development. CPI/Lean Management training and experience
