Fellowship Prog Coord - Biochemical Genetics And NeuroD

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Fellowship Program for the assigned areas. Works with and supports the Program Director in ensuring compliance with ACGME accreditation standards and other regulatory requirements. This position will be a liaison between residents/fellows, GME office, participating sites, and other departments. Must be knowledgeable about the operational activities at the various locations in which the fellows may be assigned. This position is a combination of Fellowship Program coordination and administrative duties, with a wide range of difficult to complex administrative support duties to the Program and the Program Director, Medical Director, and others as assigned.

Requirements:

Required Education/Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Minimum of two (2) years college coursework in Business, Healthcare, Human Services or related field - Minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible experience in administration/ customer service, healthcare or related area in a hospital/research setting Required Credentials: - N/A Preferred: - Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Communications, Marketing, Business or related field - Experience in internal communications at a large organization. - Experience working with an ACGME accredited Fellowship Program
