This is what you'll do:
The Social Work Department at Seattle Children's Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical manager to join its leadership team. The selected candidate will assist in the coordination of social work services across our healthcare system, share responsibility for the day to day operations of the department, ensure that the department's activities meet state, federal, and regulatory standards, and participate in department goal setting and strategic planning.
- Masters in Social Work (MSW)
- Minimum of 10 years clinical experience in health care, mental health, children's protection or psychosocial services management.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability and flexibility to work evening, night, weekend shifts, and holidays as well as provide on-call coverage
- Current Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- PhD in Social Work
- DSW (Doctorate in Social Work)
