The Immunotherapy Integration Hub (IIH) is a newly formed department at Seattle Children’s Research Institute bringing together multi-disciplinary researchers from the ‘bench to bedside’ to develop and test novel CAR T cell therapies in pediatric populations. The Immunotherapy Coordinating Center (ICC) is within the IIH, and supports the development and implementation of Phase I/II, single and multi-site, pediatric CAR T cell clinical trials at Seattle Children’s Hospital and other children’s hospitals across North America. The ICC spans multiple functional areas, including Biostatistics and Data Management, Clinical Trial Management, Clinical Development, and Regulatory Affairs. This position would be responsible for statistical and analytical activities supporting the program and its pipeline, and would work under the technical direction of faculty statisticians at the Fred Hutch.
The successful candidate will work independently with clinical researchers in all aspects of clinical trials. This may include: meeting with clinical investigators, participating in protocol development, designing early phase clinical trials, assisting with grant preparation, serving as a statistical lead for data safety monitoring board reporting, supporting and overseeing statistical analyses of data and data transfers, and reporting and writing results for eventual publication.
- Master’s Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Public Health or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years related experience, or PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics with three (3) years related experience.
- Clinical study related experience.
- Statistical Project Management experience.
