Provide support to the Chief Pharmacy Officer and other Pharmacy Leadership personnel, by effectively managing their schedule and performing a wide variety of responsible, complex, and confidential administrative, secretarial, and analytical duties. Duties performed require considerable discretion, mature and independent judgment, confidentiality, initiative, tact, attention to detail, and planning. Duties may include taking meeting minutes, setting up for meetings (i.e., audio-visual equipment, ordering food), making travel arrangements, and preparing documents / reports using Microsoft Office-type programs. This position requires qualities such as adaptability, flexibility, trustworthiness, dependability, and accountability. Much of the work is self-appointed and requires a high degree of professionalism, self-discipline, accuracy, and time management.


The ideal individual will have healthcare experience in similar jobs and the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication skills; to anticipate follow-up work / questions; to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities; to work independently on projects, under pressure at times; to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.


Required Education/Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years of related experience in the areas of customer service and/or office management including responsible administrative work supporting high level management or executives.


Required Credentials:
- Registered Pharmacy Assistant in the State of Washington.
