Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager, selling datacenter and critical power / cooling solutions in Dominican Republic.
Position will be based in Dominican Republic.
This is an individual contributor and the successful candidate will be responsible for the profitable growth of Secure Power Sales in the Dominical Republic market and work closely with End user Target Accounts within essential sectors of Cloud, Datacenters, Telco, Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, government, etc. in Dominican Republic to plan and achieve targets for Secure Power Products & Solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain active long-term relationships with executive level decision makers and C-Suite within Target End User Accounts in key sectors, developing Account Plans and maximizing SE share of wallet within accounts.

- Prospect, identify and qualify potential sales opportunities
- Ability to forecast opportunities and manage their sales funnel
- Ability to meet quarterly and yearly sales quotas
- Support our partners / distributor community in the sales process in Dominican Republic.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for individual sales opportunities
- Understand Target Accounts budget and key priorities
- Generate and execute Sales presentations
- Provide support necessary for attainment of customer's objectives
- Anticipates obstacles and identifies alternative strategies
- Support design and specifications for opportunities identified with End User accounts
- Process and analyze feasibility assessments and or all bid/contract documents
- Ability to work in a team collaborative environment.
- Perform lunch and learns / events to teach customers about the brand.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5+ years relevant experience as an individual contributor focused on selling of a variety of products, services (including software) and/or solutions to end customer as well via intermediaries such as distributors and resellers (i.e., channels)
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time- (mostly within the region and a few outside)
