This position will contribute to our near-term ambition of ' Net-Zero ready operations ' by implementing projects to reduce our operational greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across North America. The role entails project management and execution of electrification solutions as well as incorporating sustainability criteria into new construction and major renovation projects.
What will you do?
- End-to-end management of electrification projects in alignment with our sustainability strategy.
- Collaboration with SE Sustainability, Facilities Management and Strategy Teams to incorporate sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Stakeholder communication and engagement through regular meetings and timely reporting.
- Scheduling and supervision of internal and external stakeholders in the execution of all aspects of the projects.
- Ensuring facility and equipment compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
- Planning and collaboration with contractors on installation of equipment, maintaining grounds and site safety requirements.
- Control of budget and cost related to capital project expenditure with tracking of financial impacts in relation to project implementation.
- Project case studies/white papers to document best practices, lessons learned, budget management, risk mitigation, and continual improvement opportunities.
- Identify and recommend new technology innovation in energy/sustainability areas through internal and external channels.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Knowledge of energy management fundamentals and efficiency in HVAC Systems.
- Experience implementing energy efficiency, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, structural, energy metering & monitoring projects.
- 25% - 50% travel in relation to specific projects.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in project management, energy management, sustainability, engineering, facilities management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management with a zeal to learn and grow.
- Passion toward Sustainability, Energy efficiency, and Project Management.
- Cross-functional, efficient, and effective communication.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
