About the role:

What you will do:
This internship is excellent opportunity, if you are interested to discover procurement environment within an international company. We look at our interns as potential full-time employees, who could have a distinguished career path at Schneider Electric.Support the procurement team in daily tasks
Your daily tasks will include:
- Maintaining and managing supplier relationship
- Support the procurement team and the buyers, focusing on administrative tasks
- Doing analysis, preparation of Requests For Quotations, later independent management of the said tasks
- Helping in COS&QVE initiatives, tool usage and pricing
- Managing your own junior supplier portfolio
- Participate procurement related projects

What we need from you:
- Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Ongoing university studies for at least 2 more active semesters
- Strong English and Hungarian language knowledge are must haves (both fluent speaking and writing)
- You have confident digital skills, knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data)
- Relevant work experience in Procurement/Supply Chain is considered as advantage
- To be successful in your new role, you will need good problem-solving and analytical skills
- For this position it is essential to be reliable and self-driven, have a proactive attitude and good communicational skills

What we offer:
- Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20-25 hours / week, with a possibility of home office
- You can start as soon as possible: we are looking forward for you to join our team!
- Working from home is possible, but please note that office presence can also be required (especially for training and specific projects)
- Gross salary: 1900 HUF/hour
- We provide a laptop for your work
