What you'll do
- Tender Strategy Development : Define and implement tailored tender strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Bid Leadership : Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with sales, engineering, legal, finance, and procurement teams to gather inputs and validate offer components.
- Business Unit Synergy : Act as a connector between business units to align tendering efforts for shared customers, ensuring a unified and strategic approach.
- Risk Management : Identify and assess commercial, contractual, and technical risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Customer Engagement : Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the tendering process, including clarifying requirements and negotiating terms.
- Process Improvement : Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and templates to enhance future tendering efficiency.

Essential for the role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in tendering, bid management, or commercial project roles.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and coordinating across business units.
- Familiarity with public and private sector procurement processes.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, tendering platforms).
- Fluent in English; Nordic language is an asset.
