Industrialization Assembly Process Intern

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Industrialization Assembly Process Intern in Tlaxcala Plant located at Acuamanala.

You will be able to learn about Assembly Processes, Industrialization, LEAN Manufacturing, LADM, and collaborate with a team of Engineers deploying a new production line.

What will you do?

• Collaborating on diverse projects related to H&D Industrialization.
• Supporting the Assembly team in process improvements and documentation.
• Conducting time and motion studies to identify optimization opportunities.
• Performing root cause analysis to support problem-solving initiatives.
• Assisting with documentation and drafting technical content.
• Maintaining and organizing plant-related documentation.
• Exploring and researching new technologies to drive innovation.
• Assisting in the development and optimization of industrialization processes.

• Availability to work 100% on-site, Monday to Friday.
• Availability to work 30 hours per week during mornings.
• Curious and passionate about Assembly, Automation, and Industrialization.
• Eager to learn methodologies like LADM and LEAN.
• Strong interest in exploring new technologies and production systems.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field, with graduation expected in December 2026 or later.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
