We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to join our manufacturing site in Písek. In this role, you will be a key member of the plant management team, acting as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager and a trusted advisor to employees and leaders across the site. This is a hands-on, people-centric role that combines strategic HR leadership with operational excellence. You will play a vital role in shaping the culture, driving engagement, and supporting the development of our workforce, from the shop floor to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Business Partner at our manufacturing site in Písek, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Culture of Trust & Transparency: Promote a workplace culture based on trust, open communication, and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic Partnership & Business Support: Act as a strategic advisor to plant leadership, contributing to business decisions and supporting organizational goals through HR expertise.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including the interpretation and follow-up of One Voice survey results.
- Support managers in building strong team dynamics and improving employee relations.
- HR Program Implementation:
- Coordinate and support the execution of global HR programs such as performance reviews, salary reviews, development plans, and talent reviews.
- Partner with HR Services and Centers of Expertise (e.g., Learning & Talent Development, Reward, Talent Acquisition) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Talent Development & Workforce Planning:
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and career development to ensure long-term talent sustainability.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and diversity goals.
- Identify training needs and support the implementation of development programs, including digital upskilling initiatives (e.g., SSI training).
- Operational HR Support: Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with Czech labor law and internal HR policies.
- Organizational Development & Change Management: Contribute to organizational design and support change management initiatives that enhance performance and adaptability.
- Data-Driven HR Management: Monitor key HR indicators and use data insights to inform decisions and continuously improve HR practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Solid experience in Human Resources with a comprehensive understanding of the full HR scope, including organizational development, performance management, and talent initiatives.
- Previous experience as HR Business Partner roles, ideally in a complex or industrial environment.
- Proven ability to lead and support transformation projects from design to execution.
- Advanced consulting skills with the ability to influence business outcomes through HR insights, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of HR management processes, systems, and tools.
- Very good understanding of labor law and HR standards, with the ability to ensure compliance in daily operations.
- Fluency in Czech and English is required.
- Mature, proactive, and business-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- High integrity, ethical standards, and a positive attitude focused on finding win-win solutions.
