Inside Sales Account Executive

ScaleFactor, Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to add to our expanding team of Client Acquisition Specialists. ScaleFactor is a high-growth organization bringing a new-age, technology driven approach to the accounting and finance arenas of both start-up and scaling companies. Successful candidates must possess the entrepreneurial drive & spirit to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Our team is in need of another rock star that has the sales experience, communication skills, and project management abilities to be a proven value-add to our practice. The Inside Sales Account Executive will hold a multitude of responsibilities, with a specific focus on new client acquisition, existing client upsell, and internal operations. The position allows for the opportunity to have a direct impact in all areas of ScaleFactor, now and in the future.

The ideal candidate is comfortable having responsibilities that vary significantly month over month, some of which will include:

  • Using our CRM and communication platforms to perform prospective client outreach, including but not limited to; outbound calling, emailing, setting appointments, qualifying interest, identifying needs and matching to the right solutions, performing targeted follow-ups, and gauging satisfaction
  • Providing key analyses on sales pipeline activity and forecasting
  • Communicating prospective client feedback to Marketing and Development Teams


  • Ability to cultivate relationships, develop rapport, identify opportunities and manage sales pipeline
  • Confidence performing 60-80 outbound calls per day
  • Goal oriented, high energy, ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Technology savvy, can-do attitude, and approach
  • Problem-solving and proactive decision-making
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness to drive results
  • Highly self-motivated and versatile


  • 0-2 years B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience
  • Experience with various CRM tools preferred
