Revenue Growth Management Intern

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the OTC/Personal Care industry
  • Provide financial support to the RGM, Sales Finance and the Sales leadership teams
  • Support the operating budget and forecast for the US Sales organization, creating the skills, insights and culture that enables a GM mindset
  • Support collaboration with the field-based teams and cross-functional resources to disseminate best practices, standard processes, and procedures for revenue management
  • Identify business risks and opportunities to enable a GM mindset across all field-based Teams and the development of sound go-to-market decisions.
  • Support the creation and deployment of a consistent Customer P&L while coaching team members on the adoption of a financial mindset

  • Support the organization's pricing strategy utilizing the pricing architecture across categories and channels of business to drive consistency in execution across the business
  • Analyze Trade reporting and forecasting identifying opportunities to drive more efficient business plans
  • Support comprehensive promotion and mix analysis to improve efficiency and effectiveness of trade funds
  • Support the collaboration with the sales organization and key internal stakeholders to ensure solid business decisions that align with mutual financial goals of Sanofi and our partners
  • Lead research and development of intern anchor project and deliver final presentation to Sanofi leadership and peers

  • Qualifications
    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Accounting or Finance preferred
    • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
    • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization
    • Microsoft Office proficient; experience with data visualization tools a plus
    • Eager to improve oneself, the immediate team, and the greater community
    • Ability to develop and translate strategy into action, utilizing a compelling narrative and motivating others
    • Extremely organized, dependable, and self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
