Sandbox is looking for an experienced Account Director to add to our team. In addition to actively managing client business, this role will be involved in onboarding new clients and actively assisting in new business development. We're looking for someone who can be the day-to-day strategic partner with our Clients driving strategic development in partnership with Sandbox team members. We're an agency with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and we welcome someone with fresh, new ideas who wants to make their mark at the agency.

About the Job:

  • Serve as senior agency contact across multiple established and emerging healthcare accounts to be determined based on need and the new opportunities we secure at Sandbox
  • Expertise in healthcare marketing with experience across a number of channels including CRM, Digital, Healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pieces of business and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with clients, including VP level, delivering strategically-sound recommendations and value-add ideas in support of their business
  • Ability to see opportunities and organically grow the business
  • Effectively deliver presentations to both clients and colleagues in support of client business and/or agency business
  • Lead annual brand planning and oversee the development of tactical plans and brand briefs
  • Partners effectively with strategic planning, creative, and producer team members to effectively and efficiently help lead the business
  • Understands the Client business beyond advertising and provides strategic considerations/solutions as required
  • Obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction (TRR scores) and engagement 
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent building a track record of developing leaders
  • Manage a select number of client service team members, across multiple office locations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 7+ years of advertising agency experience
  • Background in working with Pharmaceutical clients is required
  • Must have experience developing and leading integrated advertising campaigns across a variety of channels, 
  • Expertise in healthcare marketing with experience across a number of channels including CRM, Digital, Healthcare
  • Proven track record of delivering business results and organic growth
  • Natural problem solver who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
