Customer Success

The Role

As we quickly add customers to our new AI and Deep Learning product, we are searching for founding Customer Success team members.  A successful candidate will love interacting with developers as customers and collaborating with cross-functionally with product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to build businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans that ensure successful onboarding and product engagement
  • Drive usage throughout the post-sales lifecycle: increase overall product utilization, identify and drive additional adoption within existing accounts, and minimize churn
  • Meet or exceed all assigned expansion/retention revenue and engagement targets
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients, providing support during initial product implementation and onboarding, recommendations and advice around best practices, guidance during new product/feature launches, and help resolving any product issues or concerns.
  • Gather customer data and insights that influence internal strategy and help to secure the customer base
  • Work with product leadership to develop and iterate on a prioritization model, operational infrastructure, and internal tools/processes to increase efficiency
  • Effective and efficient verbal and written communication
  • Gather and summarize customer feedback to improve our products and the efficiency and delight of customer acquisition

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving KPIs, revenue targets, and company goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively champion customer needs
  • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong use of insights and confidence around data-driven decision making
  • Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the Customer Success organization
  • Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B Customer Success or Account Management experience for technical products with engineers as customers

Bonus points:

  • Engineering or process improvement experience
  • Knowledge of AI and Deep Learning
