Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage account portfolio, keep accounts current and handle all disputes.
  • Submit customer orders for approval within guidelines
  • Communicates with management daily on overall account status for assigned accounts troubleshoot ongoing issues and setup meetings as needed to resolve issues.
  • Brings all complex overdue AR issues to resolution working with manager, executive and other teams within organization. Recommends payment plans with troubled customers. Escalates issues for team members.
  • Works closely with Risk Management of credit limit concerns, submission of terms changes and provides data for internal review of accounts.
  • Assists all Sales Managers with account concerns such as order holds/past due concerns, Cash in advance/Floor plan inquires, Builder direct billing/order release issues and credit limit inquires.
  • Monitor FFP automated process for approvals from bank and ensure all that are submitted manually are completed quickly to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with Outdoor LED accounts to ensure contracts, match billings, and correct needed discrepancy issues with Sales & Project accounting team members and leadership.
  • Involved in the Tableau project to create/output and maintain current projects already developed, recommend and implement new projects as needed
  • Resolution of all overdue AR prior to Bad AR occurrence
  • Monitor and Mentor staff with all account issues for optimal results covers for manager while out of office.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge with MS Excel (V-lookup/Pivots).
  • Good working knowledge with MS Word and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional level of accuracy in a fast paced and growing environment.
  • Ability to develop strong knowledge of Samsung Business process, procedures, and strategies in an effective manner.
  • SAP/NERP
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
