Role and Responsibilities
Develop the visual UX concept for product and services, and structure and visualize it for users. Offer a new experience and sensation to users with the developed visual US concept. Assist in the research and analysis on the project's/ product's requirements, functionalities, market, trend, users, etc. Assist in the setting of the visual UX (User Experience) concept and GUI (Graphical User Interface) principles for product usability based on the analysis outcome. Assist in the development of detailed scenarios based on the derived visual UX (User Experience) concept and GUI (Graphical User Interface) principles and the design/ drafting of product development outputs (e.g., GUI guideline, motion design, etc.). Perform internal validation, such as PR (Rapid Prototyping), and assist to incorporate external validation results into the final output so improvements can be made.

Skills and Qualifications
Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Web Design, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 1 year of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related design role. In Lieu of a Master's degree plus 1 year of experience, Employer is willing to accept a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Web Design, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 3 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related design role. Applicants must have 1 year of experience (3 years in possession of a relevant Bachelor's Degree) in the following: (1) consumer product experiences in an agile, product development environment; (2) Creating consumer product from concept to execution; (3) design software (Sketch, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote) to create visual design artifacts and presentations; (4) creating digital sketches/prototypes from lo-fi to hi-fi to help design thinking process and communicate concepts to team members; (5) project experience in concept ideation, UI concepts/wireframing, design strategy, and working across multiple form factors; (6) Using qualitative and quantitative data to drive design solutions; and (7) working with a design system for product execution.
Compensation for this role between $119,600 - $139,600/Year
