Department Description
Our Health and Life Science (HLS) team sells into all sub-verticals of the broader industry vertical. Within the Business Unit we have 3 distinct types of teams that cover Strategic, Major and Territory accounts. You will be selling our entire portfolio into our biggest strategic account.

Role Description/Impact - Strategic Account Manager

We are currently looking for a curious and driven Strategic Account Manager that will lead the global relationship with an existing, Tier 1 Pharma and Life Sciences company that has been at the forefront of the vaccine roll out here in the UK and worldwide.

You will work closely with a truly global customer and internal team and operate as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with the customer on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven track record of selling together with an international team, transformative enterprise software or technology solutions to C-level executives into accounts of more than 2000 employees; preferably from the target industries.
  • 7-10+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales, account management and virtual team leadership experience.
  • You will have a point of view of industry trends and will be able to build a narrative of digital transformation within the HLS space.
  • In addition, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
