Through millions of appointments and pieces of equipment, Salesforce Scheduler powers the world's scheduling needs at scale.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the innovation and expansion of our Scheduler application across platforms and various third-party integrations. In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy, enhancing the user experience for service professionals while driving seamless integrations with enterprise systems. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that improve efficiency, user adoption, and overall product performance. The ideal candidate is an experienced product manager that can operate at scale and who is obsessed with making customers and their teams successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Scheduler product roadmap for AI-powered scheduling solutions to enhance functionality, usability, and performance across platforms.
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Conduct user research and data analysis to optimize user experiences and address pain points for customers.
- Oversee app performance, security, and compliance with platform guidelines and industry standards.
- Drive agile product development, leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature releases.
- Monitor key metrics (adoption, retention, performance) and drive continuous improvements based on feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technology products, preferably in SaaS, AI and/or field service domains.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in operational settings.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
- Familiarity with field service management tools, workflows, and challenges is a strong plus.
