Role Description:
- プロジェクト立ち上げ、計画、要件分析、Fit&Gapアセスメントの実施とガイド、全体スコープ及び、タイムラインの変更に関する交渉に及ぶプロジェクト全体の管理
- 複数のプロジェクトの成果物作成、及び運用。プロジェクト計画、要件カタログ、ソリューションデザインドキュメント等の作成
- ソリューション設計やデリバリーを行う際の、ベストプラクティスの収集。プロアクティブに、既存もしくはペンディング中のナレッジのGapを認識してそれを解決に導きます。プロジェクトメンバーに、ベストプラクティスの提供を行い、スキルレベルとパフォーマンスの向上に努めます

Your Impact:

Basic Requirements:
- 3年以上の大規模プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
- 5-7年のエンタープライズソフトウェアの実装とリードの経験。特にビジネス的な要求に対してソリューションと機能に対する評価を行ってきた経験
- 非常に強いコミュニケーション能力。複雑なコンセプトを説明する能力、交渉能力や説得力、コンフリクトに対する解決能力を有し、クリエイティブかつプロアクティブな考え方を通して問題の解決が図れる事
- ビジネスの要求にアプリケーションの機能を素早く結びつけ、ビジネスの課題に対してどの技術を適用するかを評価する能力。新しいアプリケーションと技術を学ぶ能力
- 最適なソリューションを作るための実装方法をチームに対してガイドを行い、そのソリューションを利用した成功を実現出来る事
