Manufacturing is at the heart of what we do and we are looking to you as the HR manager to drive the people side of the business.
The successful candidate for this Human Resources Manager position will be responsible for the management of the Human Resources functions for the Garden Grove, CA facility. This role is primarily focused on the manufacturing operations and related functions. They will provide support and coordination of human resources projects and activities and lead implementation of HR programs. This position reports to the Plant Manager and plays an integral role on the site leadership team in helping to achieve department goals and objectives.

Who you are matters to us:
 BA or BS degree with 7 or more years’ experience in a Human Resources capacity or a Master’s degree in a related field and 5 or more years’ experience in a Human Resources capacity.
 SPHR / PHR / SHRM certificate preferred
 Requires the initiative to participate' with the entire Garden Grove, CA Operations workforce and to continuously improve employee relations.
 Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
 Passion to drive HR initiatives within the organization
 Outstanding customer service skills and able to work in a team setting.
 Create and sustain key relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals.
 Demonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibility for various assigned projects.
 Must be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines despite frequent interruptions.
 Must have strong computer skills in a Windows environment, including Excel, Access and Microsoft Word. HRIS experience is strongly preferred.
 The incumbent should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to listen well and communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.
 Working knowledge of ISO and QS-9000 systems preferred​
