The Insides Sales Supervisor will:

• Manage an effective inside sales / customer service organization ensuring that correct customer service procedures are established and adhered to for achieving maximum return possible on customer orders while continually improving responsiveness, reliability, and service through innovative systems.

• Develop and implement a proactive communication system where all CSR's are proactively communicating with internal and external customers to meet customer needs and SG metrics that support sales growth.

• Development of quotations and administration of pricing following established pricing guidelines and in close coordination with Sales, Marketing, and business management.

• Provide marginal cost analysis to support outside sales with key customer pricing negotiations. • Develop and implement all site price increases in coordination with business management on a semi-annual basis.

• Lead effort to develop, implement and maintain improved sales processes to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction including pricing, quoting, quotation follow-up, feasibilities, and complaints.

• Lead training on new processes, systems, and tools to support all Inside Sales / Customer Service functions.

• Sales responsibility for select internal and external accounts that are best handled through inside sales interaction.

• Supervise administrative activities associated with the inside sales function including, ISO procedures, the maintenance of customer correspondence, contracts, purchase orders and shipping documents. Administer customer satisfaction survey & NPS surveys. Monitor performance to lead times and communicate with internal and external customers.

• Monitor performance to customer specific stocking agreements, product line stocking plans, and interface with Sales, Planning, Marketing, and Customers as appropriately to perform to targets and adjust as needed.

• Support Sales and Marketing with information for feasibility, pricing, sales history, order status and other data required for effective operation of these functions. Support key account management activities for large OEM customers, product management life cycle programs, and marketing projects with analysis in support of projects.

• Coordinate with outside sales and accounting for the collection of overdue payments.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, technical or equivalent

- 5+ years' customer service experience

- 3+ years' customer supervisory experience is preferred

- 3+ years' working in a manufacturing environment is preferred

- Ability to make independent decisions

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with high energy and an ingrained sense of service and caring.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong computer skills and understanding of business practices.

- Dependable, thorough and detail oriented.

- Ability to assimilate technical information and concepts

- Ability to lead and supervisor teams and work under tight deadlines

- Training staff or employees on how to deliver excelled customer service

Company Summary

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $77,400 to $120,100 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $85,100 to $132,100. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee. Employees have the flexibility to choose the benefits that best fit their individual needs.
