  • You understand the value of incremental delivery as well as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition

How you’ll grow

  • You’ll get to work with multiple agile teams and own overall process improvement
  • You’ll get to manage large and complicated projects and run them to completion
  • You’ll get to help non-agile teams understand and develop their processes
  • You’ll identify and coach internal agile champions
  • You'll be a mentor for the agile process

What we’d like

  • Multiple years of experience leading and improving team meetings, such as daily scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
  • A skilled communicator who understands well how to determine and communicate status and timeline changes
  • A positive mindset and demonstrated history of continuous improvement in teams
  • Experience managing project risks and cross-team dependencies
  • Record of success monitoring and tracking team roadmaps and milestones
  • An experienced JIRA wrangler
