Sales Support Analyst

Sales Support Analyst:  RXBAR is one of the fastest growing natural brands in the country. This growth comes from dynamic distribution channels including e-commerce, independent specialty locations like coffee shops and fitness studios, strategic enterprise accounts like Caribou and Life Time Fitness and traditional channels like grocery, convenience, mass and club. Our distribution and retail partners require support, organization and tracking.

We are looking for someone with high energy, great organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn about customer relationship management to support the Sales Team. The Sales Support Analyst will work on projects that optimize our relationships with customers, brokers, and distributors, as well as lead the confirmation process of Purchase Orders (POs) across channels. The right person for this role has great organizational, collaboration, communication, and project management skills.

General Functions + Job Responsibilities: 

  • Purchase Order Review & Support
    • Track POs to the customer commitments calendar across all SKUs to ensure that RXBAR receives POs when expected based on commitments
    • Verify POs are accurately placed with correct order size, SKU configuration, and deadline based on RXBAR’s customer commitments calendar
    • Confirm accuracy of POs before releasing to Supply Chain for fulfillment
    • Develop relationships with and serve as one of RXBAR’s key points of contact to those individuals at our customers and distributors who are placing POs 
  • Sales Team Support
    • Assist with scaling RXBAR’s relationships with customers, brokers, and distributors
    • Attend industry events and shows when needed
    • Send samples to key retail partners, brokers and distributors
    • Manage interoffice inventory needs; product and gear
    • Manage consistent, product focused check-in cycle with key partners
    • Manage RXBAR sales budget for gear for the sales team and key partners
    • Support the development of key relationships by building and maintaining CRM database in Salesforce
    • Support sales team in follow up from sales calls and trade shows
    • Maintain UPC and Specs document
    • Cross-channel communication of product availability


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • Evidence of strong relationship management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and Ebsta preferred
  • Highly organized
