Sales Coordinator

Job Description

As part of our National Accounts Team, you will be intimately involved with supporting many of our largest national customers. Using your strong computer and analytical skills, generate reports and provide key perspectives for Wal-Mart, Target, Michaels and o ur other national customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administer Walmart Retail Link Reporting
  • Administer customer retail portals
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on sales presentation material
  • Develop presentations for key customers, with guidance from National Account Executives and customer teams
  • Interface with the customer and internal functions as needed and in a support role for the following activities (both in person and via phone):
    • Presentations
    • Replenishment orders
    • Customer service issues
    • Bureau Veritas (product testing) updates
    • New item Set Up
    • Customer website updates - new products and projects and monitoring execution
    • Category Management
    • Administrator responsibilities for retailers portals
    • Communicate customer initiatives internally as a result of updated customer initiatives including regulatory, compliance opportunities, distribution, etc.
    • Competitive analysis - retail benchmarking
  • Attend trade shows as needed

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years sales/marketing experience
  • Excellent Walmart Retail Link knowledge and experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Possess a sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects
