The preferred location for this position is in Robinhood's offices in Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, Washington, D.C., Westlake, TX, Lake Mary, FL, Denver, CO; or Chicago, IL; with in-office work capabilities of at least 4 days per week. Robinhood is seeking an IEB Business Partner to join our team and help us continue to build, champion, and guide our IEB strategies and initiatives in a way that is unique and authentic to Robinhood!

This role will report to the Head of Talent Management & IEB and will partner directly with employees, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), executive leadership, and the People Leadership Team (PLT). As a strategist, content expert, and collaborative partner, this person is integral to helping Robinhood achieve our mission - to democratize finance for all - as we must build and foster an inclusive company that reflects the communities we serve.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Partner with the Head of Talent Management & IEB to develop and execute on a framework for Robinhood's IEB operating model, including a governance structure, principles, processes, and program management
  • Cultivate a culture of equity and inclusion by collaborating with People teams to build fair and equitable people practices across the entire talent lifecycle, as well as inclusive leadership capabilities across Robinhood
  • Build community and a sense of belonging both internally and externally by partnering with ERGs, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Brand to tell our story through internal communications, blog posts, and impactful events
  • Deliver programs that ensure Robinhood continues to attract, retain, connect, and develop people who represent the diversity of the world we live in, in order to build a company where everyone belongs
  • Track, measure, and report on the progress and impact of our IEB goals and identify opportunities to accelerate progress further
  • Identify partnership opportunities to connect Robinhood to diverse communities across the tech and finance industries and to advance IEB internally and externally

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience working in the IEB space as a core team member with demonstrated subject matter expertise
  • In-depth knowledge around issues of access, inclusion, equity, belonging, and multiculturalism in business settings
  • Successful track record with scaling and delivering complex IEB programs and plans in partnership with cross-functional teams to support the IEB vision and overarching strategy within the tech industry
  • Change management experience, persuasive communication abilities, and effective relationship building across a variety of diversity dimensions
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data with focus on insights and prioritized planning and execution
  • Systems thinker with demonstrated experience leading significant change management processes effectively and efficiently, both in the short-term and long-term for successful and impactful outcomes
  • Comfortable with failing and experimenting, conducting retrospectives, and harnessing learnings to shape actions

Bonus points:

  • Extensive experience leading complex projects related to IEB in a technical industry
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to flex between the strategic thought partnership and detailed operational excellence

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.

US Zone 1: $145000 - $170000
US Zone 2: $128000 - $150000
US Zone 3: $113000 - $133000

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
