Operations Coordinator

Ring is looking for a self-motivated Operations Coordinator to join our Sales and Operations team! We're looking for a candidate that will be a fast learner, multi-tasker and someone who's highly detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our Operations team to process new orders, monitor inventory levels, and develop reporting tools that can provide us with valuable insights.
  • Coordinating with customers on order status, returns and shipment discrepancies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on projects with Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing. 

Qualifications

  • Experience with Netsuite is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and able to collaborate with different teams
  • Possesses a keen attention to detail
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office programs
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, pressured environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
